One-Stop Solution for a Western Restaurant in Thailand

Dr. MongKol was planning to start a western restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. He came to Chefmax with his concerns, among which the delivery date was the most crucial as the opening date of his restaurant had been set. Meanwhile, equipping a new kitchen from scratch was challenging to him.

After receiving his inquiries about the kitchen equipment, our sales representative responded quickly. After fully understanding his plans, we quickly drew up a list of equipment to meet his needs for the kitchen. Few days after confirming the equipment list, we were able to draft a CAD design customized for his kitchen type and layout.

To further explain. It was a 8*8m medium-sized kitchen serving a restaurant with capacity of 150 people per hour, which raises requirements on the kitchen output efficiency during peak times.

First of all, a 4 burner range with oven and a 25L fryer were recommended for the sufficient cooking capacity. Then, a four-door freezer for storing all kinds of fresh ingredients.

In terms of the kitchen floor planning. The gas range, fryer and griddle are placed in a row with a ventilation hood above, a setup that allows cooking fumes, exhaust and heat to escape quickly, protecting the kitchen environment and the health of the operator.

On the other side are mixers and ovens. Depending on the percentage of baked goods on the menu and the number of people ordering, a 3-burner oven is sufficient for daily needs, and the double oven included in the 4-burner gas range can also share some of the baking tasks.

In the cleaning area, there is a hood-type dishwasher and a sink workstation, where dishes and tools are cleaned and then put into the sterilizer in the corner to ensure safety and hygiene. All equipment from Chefmax is made of high quality stainless steel, resistant to grease and water, and easy to clean.
