In the most important cooking area, a set of European-style equipment was introduced to increase visual appeal. From the gyoza machine and pasta cooker to the flat-top grill, all equipment featured a uniform design and dimensions, ensuring the cooking area was functional and visually harmonious. The uniform appearance of the equipment enhanced the chefs' efficiency, and the concept of an open kitchen project allowed them to interact with customers while preparing delicious dishes.
