Chefmax's Journey with Mango Tree: From Showroom to Culinary Marvel
On May 28th, amidst their culinary journey in Thailand, Chefmax paid a visit to the owners of Mango Tree Restaurant in Bangkok. Having fostered a deep friendship through multiple friendly collaborations, Chefmax had the pleasure of hosting them at our showroom and automatic cooking machines factory last year.
Mango Tree, a renowned Thai-flavored restaurant in the heart of Bangkok, seamlessly blends traditional Thai cooking methods and flavors with modern innovation, presenting a stunning array of exquisite dishes.
The restaurant boasts breathtaking scenery with a two-story dining area where patrons can choose between the tranquil courtyard adorned with lush greenery and stone landscapes or the cozy interior. Operating until 11:00 PM, the restaurant transforms with a gentle glow of evening lights.
Led by the owners, we were guided through the dining areas and into the kitchen. The kitchen operated with seamless efficiency, and Chefmax's diverse array of cooking and cleaning equipment, notably the flight-type dishwasher, played a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, especially during peak dining hours.
After this, the customer expressed appreciation for Chefmax's automatic cooking machines. He said that "stir-frying" plays an important role in the traditional Southeast Asian cooking method, which makes them perfectly adapted to the Thai kitchen. The introduction of automatic cooking machines optimizes the entire cooking process in the kitchen.
"These devices require minimal cooking skills, reducing the cost of hiring and training staff. And as long as the recipes are followed diligently, there's no compromise on the taste. It's easy and convenient. " The client said.
